Unit weight is around 550 lb.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBraking is a spring-applied, hydraulically released multi-disc pack with both static and dynamic function, working through a unidirectional sprag clutch. No counterbalance valve is required. If a load starts to run away in reverse, the pressure drop reapplies friction automatically, and returning the lever to neutral sets the brake.
