Braden PD7C Planetary Hoist — 7,000 lb Hydraulic Winch
The PD7C is the entry point to the Braden PD range — 7,000 lb rated line pull from a 6.75:1 reduction, in a package that weighs about 415 lb. The defining feature of the PD design is that the gearing sits inside the drum, which keeps the whole unit shorter than a comparable external-gearbox hoist.
Four rope diameters are supported, from 3/8" through 9/16", and two drum sizes. On the larger 02 drum with 3/8" rope you get 310 ft at layer 4.
The simplified drum base is the other reason people specify PD over other ranges — it bolts into more mounting arrangements without custom fabrication, which matters on retrofits.

Configuration
Two drum sizes, multiple low-speed high-torque motor displacements. Tell us your rope diameter, required length, available flow and mounting arrangement and we'll confirm the right build.
